Dear Readers,
As workplace psychologists we work with some of the top Fortune 100 companies in
North America on a regular basis. We share many of these stories through our newspaper column, but here we invite you to share your experiences with us and others. You will find your stories accompanied by comments and feedback from us. So if you have a story you think you'd to tell, we'd like to hear from you.
When you submit a story to us we ask you to review our confidentiality agreement. We will change all names and identifying references in your story.
All stories emailed must be sent from a valid email address. We will send a verification email back to you, so please be sure to use an email address with which you are comfortable receiving email from us.
What kind of stories to submit?
We are looking for any type of workplace or work-related story. HR practitionaers may want to share some stories from their own practices; readers may want to share stories from their workplaces.
Here are some general ideas:
- stories about a situation with which you are currently struggling
- stories which illustrate a successful/unsuccessful resolution to a workplace problem
- stories which describe a situation about which you'd like professional feedback
- any story about your workplace or HR practice from which you think others will benefit
To submit a story you must read and agree to our privacy, editorial, and confidentiality policies.
